Nick Trimble – Professional Real Estate Investor

The world of investing is multifaceted and can be tricky to navigate, and having a diverse portfolio can be the key to finding success in your investments. This means you need to be cross-trained in multiple different areas, be able to wear many different hats, and understand a wide variety of investment topics.

Nick Trimble is a professional real estate investor, well versed in a wide variety of investment topics. He sat down for an exclusive interview on real estate, Bitcoin, and cryptocurrencies in general.

Nick, tell us about your background.

Nick Trimble: I’m extremely passionate about real estate investing. I first got into real estate investing about six years ago, when I bought my first property. It was a wild ride which taught me a lot along the way. At first, I was over-confident and lacked some key experiences, but I’ve learned some crucial things since then.

After getting my feet wet with rental properties, I tried my hand at house flipping, which was another interesting learning experience. I’ve learned some insider secrets and made missteps along the way, but now, my goal is to teach other investors what I’ve learned along the way and help them get started on the right foot.

How do you feel about cryptocurrencies?

Nick Trimble: I think that having a diverse investment portfolio is key, and I really believe that cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin are the way to go. Having an investment that’s not controlled by a centralized agency is exciting and liberating, and offers explosive potential. The market changes quickly, and is risky, but it can show wild returns.

What are some tips for new cryptocurrency investors?

Nick Trimble: Make sure you do tons of research before jumping in with both feet. If you’re well-educated on the crypto-world, you’ll be a much stronger investor and much more likely to succeed. Also, know that you can start small, if that’s a better plan for you, instead of sinking a ton of cash into crypto.

And understand that while there is high risk and volatility when it comes to crypto and Bitcoin, there is also high reward. That’s part of the fun.

What are some exciting things in the world of cryptocurrency you’re looking ahead to?

Nick Trimble: Everyone in cryptocurrency is getting ready for Bitcoin’s big halving event. Bitcoins are digitally “mined,” and the halving will mean the number of Bitcoins mined every ten minutes will be cut by 50% percent.

This is only the third time in Bitcoin history a halving has happened, and there is a lot of speculation about how this can impact the industry.

How can people learn more about you, real estate investing, or cryptocurrency?

Nick Trimble: I’m always looking to guide new investors, to help them avoid critical missteps, and get a leg up on the competition. There’s more information on my personal website, and people who want to stay up-to-date on the latest can follow me on social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
